Program Director, Pennsylvania Department of Health Contract
Since 1991, the state Health Department has entrusted United Way of Wyoming Valley with planning and delivering care for people living with HIV/AIDS in six Northeast Pennsylvania counties.
As Program Director, Miriam leads the team of employees who help ensure patients have access to high-quality primary and specialty care, as well as support services. “I believe the work we do here at United Way truly creates long-lasting changes that improve the lives of the individuals and families we serve,” she said.
Miriam began working with United Way in 2014 and joined the Health Department team in 2017.
