Day of Caring Project Submission Form

If you have a project you would like to submit for Day of Caring, fill out the form below and it will be added to our project list. Be sure to fill out each field. To make multiple project submissions, please use one form per project. All projects must be submitted by February 22.

Past projects include painting, planting flowers, litter pick-up, spring cleaning, opening camps for summer programs, working with children in day care facilities, and among many other things, assisting programs for special needs individuals.

** In order to submit a project, an Agency Liability Release Form must be completed and returned to the United Way office by February 22 via e-mail, fax (822-0522), or mail (Day of Caring, United Way of Wyoming Valley, 8 W. Market St., Suite 450, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18701). Agencies will also be provided with release forms for volunteers to sign before they begin their day's projects.
