Day of Caring Project Selection
In order to accomodate company project selections as well as individual project selections, we have created seperate forms for each. If you are part of a company team AND that company's team leader, please choose Company Project Selection Form. If you will only be participating by yourself (and/or not part of a company), please select the Individual Form. Please note that for the Individual Form, it is one person per form.
You will not be notified of which project your team has been selected for until the project selection process is complete.
