Intent to Participate
This form is to simply get an idea of how many volunteers we can expect for our 20th Annual Day of Caring. This is also a place where you can put in a special request to work with an agency you have a Day of Caring partnership with. This form does not guarantee placement nor does it take the place of the actual Project Selection process.
